After 5 years of not being seen on the big screen, Bollywood legend Shah Rukh Khan is finally making his debut in 2023 with the film Pathaan.
Pathan is an action thriller film that will be filled with action scenes every
duration. This film tells the story of a secret agent named Pathaan (Shah Rukh
Khan) who went missing for 3 years before being captured by terrorists during
his last mission.
Assisted by Deepika Padukone, Pathaan finally starts investigating a drug
kingpin named Shabir Ansari (John Abraham) who is trying a dangerous poison to
destroy the country.
Pathaan managed to start 2023 with a bang, as the film achieved great success
in its home country. Badass action scenes coupled with an exciting plot make
Pathaan one of the highly recommended action films for you to watch in early
2023.
With a budget that is not too high, Pathaan can present its various action
scenes very well. Even though sometimes the CGI effects that are displayed are
still rough, this is still understandable with the various advantages that
exist in the film.
Deepika Padukone's role as a female agent in this film is also very
impressive. Since her first appearance, Deepika Padukone has been able to
anesthetize the audience to continue watching her stunning actions as Shah
Rukh Khan. John Abraham as the main villain also manages to steal the show,
his background as a villain is told so vividly that when I watch him I can
feel sympathy for all the evil deeds he has done, a perfect rival for Shah
Rukh Khan.
In terms of story, Pathaan has no significant difference from other similar
films, as well as the conflict. For those of you fans of action films, it will
be easy to guess the ending of this film, because the development of the story
has not been sufficiently explored.
For the Bollywood film class, Pathaan is one of the best films released in
2023. For action lovers, this film cannot be missed.

As Shah Rukh Khan's comeback moment, Pathaan feels very special in the eyes of
many. It has been proven that so far this film has made a profit of around 27
million dollars, not a small number for a Bollywood film.
